We provide financial reporting on all three levels of assurance:

AUDITS

We design our audits to provide reasonable assurance that the financial statements are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America. In addition, we use our knowledge and experience in your industry to gain an understanding of internal control and to assess the operating effectiveness of those controls. We use our risk assessment to plan the audit and make recommendations intended to improve the internal control or result in other operating efficiencies. We will also evaluate the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of significant accounting estimates made by management. REVIEWS
​We review financial statements in accordance with Statements on Standards for
Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Review services as dictated by professional standards are substantially less in scope than an audit and consist principally of inquiries and analytical procedures. We have experience proving review services to both the non-profit and for-profit sectors.​

COMPILATIONS
We assist our clients by compiling their financial statement information in accordance 
with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Our compilations are the representation of management and are not audited or reviewed by our firm.
 

Pension and Profit Sharing Plans

In addition to providing services to audit the financial statements and supplemental schedules of employee benefit plans which are included with the Form 5500 filing with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor, we also perform procedures directed at considering the plans compliance with certain internal revenue code requirements. In addition, we can assist you in preparing or reviewing your defined contribution, defined benefit, or health and welfare plan Form 5500.

Cost and Other Compliance Reporting

We assist our clients with all their compliance reporting requirements including the
preparation, review or audit of the following:

  • Single Audits under the Uniform Guidance

  • Data Collection Forms submission with the Single Audit Clearinghouse

  • Consolidated Fiscal Reports with OPWDD, OMH, OASAS and SED

  • Federal Form 990, 990T, and New York State CHAR500 annual filings

Management Advisory and Other Services

Our firm has extensive experience in assisting clients with a variety of accounting andmanagement advisory needs. We utilize our extensive research library to solve ourclients problems. We also use our expansive network of contacts, consisting ofconsultants and other organizations, to assist us with the management advisory needsof our clients.
